How do I book a Chic-nic?
Booking a Chic-nic with us is simple. Just submit a inquiry and we will reach out to you within 48 hours to confirm availability. We require a 50% retainer to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
Where can you set up my picnic?
We offer both indoor and outdoor picnic experiences and can set up just about anywhere. We prefer to set up in a private event space or a home/backyard, however we also host in public parks and wineries.
Which areas do you service?
Currently we host events all over the Atlanta Metro area. If you are more than 20 miles outside Atlanta we are happy to travel to you, however a small travel fee may apply.
Do you offer custom events?
Of course! We love creating new personalized experiences tailored towards your custom event needs. If you don’t see a theme or package that fits your needs, just submit a custom event inquiry and we will be in touch with you.
What happens if it rains on the day of my Chic-nic?
We keep an eye out on the weather leading up to your event day. In the event of inclement weather, do not panic! We will proactively reach out to you to reschedule your outdoor picnic free of charge. You also have the option to move the event to an indoor location.
What if I need to cancel?
We do not offer refunds once an event has been booked, however we will happily reschedule your event or provide you with credit towards a future booking if eligible.
Is food Included?
Food is not included in our picnic packages, however can be purchased as an add on. You are also welcome to bring your own food.
Is alcohol provided?
Unique Chic Creations is not licensed to provide alcohol. You are solely responsible for following all state and local ordinances and laws regarding alcohol consumption at your site. If your location permits alcoholic beverages, you are welcome to bring your own alcohol however Unique Chic Creations is not liable for any damages, injury, or death as a result of alcohol consumption.
Do I need to clean after the Chic-nic?
Of course not! We create, you celebrate! Unique Chic Creations will set up and clean up your chic-nic. Please clean any items not provided by Unique Chic Creations.
Can we leave prior to our Chic-nic end time?
Yes, please provide us with a 30 minute notice via phone call to ensure we are able to secure the picnic. You are responsible for all items until a Unique Chic Creations team member arrives to pack up.
